Rev. Joe B. Fulks was a local Pastor from Scottown, Ohio. He was the Son of Dill and Sylvia Fulks and came out of Guyan Valley Church at Platform, Ohio.
Joe was married to Shirley Saunders. Shirley was the daughter of Charles and Helen Saunders, The Granddaughter of Gerald and Bessie Kingery and the Great Granddaughter of William Henry and Cora Massie Myers.

Shirley was a Registered Nurse having graduated from Baroness Erlanger School of Nursing in Chattanooga.
Joe and Shirley Ministered and Pastored to many Churches locally and throughout the Tri-State Region and led several Youth Groups.
Though their Ministry together was short lived, the impact of their time together touched many lives and their Legacy Lives on through those lives that were touched.
It is not uncommon today for their names to come up in conversation from those who were impacted and a part of their Youth Groups back in the day.
Joe’s love for The Lord and God’s Word and Shirley’s beautiful piano playing and love of Gospel Singing and serving the Lord were evident with both of them until God called them both home.
They have two Children, Paul Fulks who resides just outside Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas and Jody who resides near Nashville, Tennessee.
Joe passed away unexpectedly in 1974 from injuries sustained from a tree cutting accident.
Shirley passed away in 2008.
We appreciate their children sharing these recordings with us. Both are from 1972 when Joe was Pastor at 26th Street Baptist Church in Huntington, West Virginia.
Joe and Shirley sing and Joe brings the Message.
We hope you enjoy these timeless songs and spirit filled message.
God Bless You!
